Listen, I may be 40 years old here in July 2022 but my knees aren’t quite happy with me most days. That’s why walking is the best form of exercise for me. I use the treadmill at a local fitness center, or I just walk around my yard and community. Other times, I grab a leash and enjoy a brisk walk with my German Shepherd mix doggo.

Life is so much easier to handle when you get that fresh air in, never mind the fact that you’ll also be shedding that extra weight as you enjoy the great outdoors just a little bit at a time.
